i have recived sms from starcomms, that international call from nigeria to india for staracomm is reduced from 25 naira to 18 naira.
but till date they are deducting 25 naira instead of 18 naira .

after several complaints to customer care ther is no changes yet.

so company is fooling all his prepaid customer 's, as no one has time to check the ballance after finishing the call to keep the proper record of the call tarrifs.
