With regards to the above account, I have just lodged an official complaint to Starhub that I have yet to receive any bill from Starhub.
My wife, on my behalf, has visited Starhub Tampines Mall Customer Service Centre on 12 November 2010, and has settled all outstanding issues. The service was then resumed, and Starhub should be sending us the bill.
And today is already 10 December, almost a month past my wife's visit to Starhub service centre !!! And yet I have received no bill from Starhub.
I logged in to your My Account website using my Hub ID, and I could not find any recent bill generated.
I'm truly disappointed with the Starhub level of service.
