I was charged app. US $690.00 during the first contact (over the phone by a credit card) for the vacation packages, being told that this payment would cover all the tax fees, the accommodation costs will be free as being the winner for this vacation, and that I would need only to pay for my air tickets, transportation between the places and meals would be our responsibility, except on the ship ( the cruise ) where all the costs are covered. But, now when I wanted to make reservations, I was asked for additional payments for the port fees and one extra night accommodation (over US $700.00) by Florida Tourist Bureau, Inc. All that to be payed over the phone by a credit card at the time of making bookings. Since it would not guarantee me a security, paying in advance and then maybe not being sent my written reservations confirmations ( I have reasons to doubt these agencies since I had many problems during the last ten months to get their responses when I asked them for clarifications and confirmations and especially now when I have been asked for extra payments which were not mentioned, yet in advance!!! ). That's why I asked them to refund my first payment since I wanted to cancel my vacations!!! But, I was told by Florida T. B. that there is no refund policy after 30 days of the purchase and it is longer than that ( even the vacation can be realized within 2 years ).

Can you, please, give me your advice in this matter?
