fraud
This is my 3rd email complaint to you. When do you plan on responding. If I go back to the hospital with another stroke again I will be filing a law suit.

banking fraud
This is my second compaint. I need help with this refund/cancellation whatever this is. I am 64 years old and just been released from the hospital for a stroke. I have no money and the withdrawal of $99.00 that Starter Credit Direct took out created 140. in nsf funds. The bank told me to contact you and if you cannot help I have to complete an oline banking fraud paper to submit to the bank. Please help me asap. I cannot take this pressure. Someone withdrew $99.00 from my bank account saying it was starter credit direct. I called my bank and they are cancelling and reissuing my bank card. This has caused 140.00 in nsf funds to my account. I want this fixed today!!!

withdrew money from my account
I never applied for anything through this website. I do remember reading it and knew it was too good to be true. Backed out of site, without authorizing any payments, etc. Only to find that they withdrew the money from my checking account and now I'm overdrawn. Which will result in an overdraft fee, too.

Unauthorized billing
I was checking my bank account one day and realized that something for 99.00 was cleared on my account. This was strange, I don't recall writing a check for 99.00. So I pulled the details up and it was some kind of electronic check. I was the phisiest looking thing I have ever seen. I don't even know how it passed the bank let alone actually cleared. In the spot where my signature should have been it said 'PRE-AUTHORIZED' No signature required. What is that?!!!
Anyway, because of this lovely scam artist of a company, I have to close an account I just opened and start all over again! This is a major pain, I just started my direct deposit and everything! OMG are you kidding me right now. I want these people SHUT DOWN... if you have been affected by them please say something in hopes that this kind of thing will be stopped!

Unauthorized charges
The above company withdrew $99.00 from my checking account unauthorized and with a fake check. This company may have been linked to a cash advance web site I was looking into and passed over but I did not authorize the money to be withdrawn.
