You took $99.00 out of my checking account on 10-10-08, i was to get something in the mail in 15-20 business days. I have not received anything yet, so what's up with that? PLEASE REPLY!!!

rip off -- wrote a check from my checking account
while trying to apply for a payday loan, i inadvertently filled out their app or they got the info from another application. i contacted them by phone and their automated systems pushes you to go to their website. i finally did reach someone (after 15 mins) who launched into a sales and rebuttal speech. she talked so long i had to interrupt. when asked what state the company was located in, she hung up. i will be attempting to call attention to them through legislative channels. urge everyone to do the same.

Unauthorized billing
I checked my checking account and there was a check with a weird number that came through for $99.00 causing my account to go into the negative and I assessed a overdraft fee of $35. I never gave this company permission to debit my account.

starter credit took $99.99 out of my bank account without my knowlege or consent and I need assistance cancelling this fraud to get a refund. See above complaints, what do you do about it and what is the offer of $99.00 for, what was I supposed to get?

i did not authorize them to take money from my account, i didn't even apply for a loan, everytime i call i couldn;t get in touch with someone, i call my bank and now i have to do a fraud charge.

My refund
This company pull some money out of my checking account and ask for a refund they gave me a run around, by say i have to fill out forms to cancel but they gave me a false email address to receive this form I also ask them to send the form thru fax and I still didn't get a respond so what should i do? Plz advise smb!
