Unauthorized bank account access
This company was not authorized to take $99 out of my account. I was searching for a payday loan online but never submitted my bank account information as I knew there was a fee. If I had the money in the first place why would I be looking for a loan?!! Thank fully I had NSF but I have still been charged a $35 fee for this transaction.
Looking at all the complaints about this company, I can see that I am not the first and undoubtedly will not be the last. WHEN WILL THIS COMPANY BE DEALT WITH? It needs to be immediately!!!

Vague ads, false email, contact number, automatic withdrawal from checking acct.
As some of the other consumers have complained here, I had 99.00 taken out of my account after applying for a credit card online. I have bad credit, over drafts at the bank, and massive bills, so I could not afford to have that taken out of my account. When I call 818-255-9978 I am put on hold for about 10 minutes-several times now over a period of several days, and then I am not told to look up a non-existant website. Please help. My bank says I have to work with the company at this point. They aren't helping so far.

Unauthorized deduction of Funds
I have never heard on this company before and they almost got away with $99.00 of mine. Luckily Bank of America is on to these crooks and they reversed the charge immediately! I'm guessing they got my information from a payday loan company, but I know I did not authorized the charge. They are getting away with murder and need to be stopped. I''m really pissed.

???????what is this 99.00 from my checking to this company, , i called my bank and will file charges for this unauthorized charge never applied i filed my taxes on line and now i have a lot of spam mail and now this, , , i will not stand for this, , , , i will be going after them, , , , , , , , ,

On march 18th 99.00 dollars were taken out of my account. I do not know who this company is and never give authorized agreement to this charge. Please try and help me and others to get this stopped. I don't have money to throw around for nonsense. Thank you, Mrs. Tammy Zitter

taking money out of my account
i was informed by my bank on 1/09 that there was a withdraw from my account of 86.00 and then on 2/11/09 there was another withdrawal of 99.00 again. the bank has told me there is nothing they can do . it has put me in a bind due to the fact i was suppose to buy a trailer and land this very day . due to this scam i have lost the finaces to buy my home and land for my wife and kids. please return my money at once . i will not stop at this point, i will go to futher steps seeing a lawyer at this point.
