I applied for a payday loan last week. This morning I saw that $99 was taken out of my account. I did NOT authorize this transaction. When I applied for the loan I was asked if I wanted a credit card and I replied NO. I do not use credit cards. I have been on the phone all morning and plan to go to my bank and file a fraudulent charge report.

I was looking around online for payday loans. I bypassed thiss site when I saw the 99.00 application fee for some additional service thatI wasn't even interested in. However, they used my information that I used for the loan application and produced and electronic check & submitted it to my bank. Fortunately, I caught the deposit the day that it was made and immediately file fraud charges with my bank . I also researched & retrieved their customer service number whis is 1 (800) 430-0672 or (818) 255-9978. I also followed up with an email. This is a ridiculous frausd and if anyon know of any information as to how they can be prosecuted please post that information. Thank You.

This company withdrew money from my account without providing any services or gaining my authorization. They popped up while I was searching for a payday advance loan. I would not authorize a withdrawal from an account w/no money. NOw have overdraft charges.

They took money out of my account without me knowing anything about it and they swear that i did and they should be something done about this company and all company that trick people on there internet sites i thought i was try to get a payday loan when i need it but instead they took 99.00. That i needed more than anything at the time and had to pay over daft fee from my bank.
