Additional options were not approved at the time of renewal of the our web site is an act of malfeasance
at their hosting site.
They added security options which were not needed nor requested.
They dropped these options when complaints were made but would not complete any refund for these services.
Never have had such a problem dealing with other Web hosting companies for other web sites that web hosting
was utilized.
