I made 1 payment with a personal check to this company in March 2010. On April 30 2010 they called demanding another payment within 2 days "or else". On May 7 2010 I was checking my bank account balance and found that this company State Claim Adjusters wrote themselves a electronic check without my permission. There was never any discussion between this company and I regarding a electronic payment ever. They used the information on my check that I sent them in march to deduct money out of my account. They wrote on the check "per phone authorization" Never happened!!! A few days later I was mailed a letter from this company stating to make sure I deduct the amount they took out from my check book!! This is totally illegal and fraudulant. I filed a fraud claim with the bank and they put the funds back in my account while they investagate. I filed several complaints with different sources one being the Federal Trade Commission. These people should not be able to get away with these illegal actions.
