I had ordered a set of the coin bears on a promotional sale on the television and received a couple sets, and then was charged for the entire set and did not recieve them all. I called and was guaranteed I would recieve them by Christmas fo 2009, because they were going to be a present. I then recieved a card stating they were on backorder and my account would not be charged again until my order was up to date. Approximately two days later, there was another payment taken out of my acct. I called again and spoke to a representative and was told if I no longer wanted the bears to return them and they would refund my money.
That was the beginning of 2010, and it is now almost the end of 2010. I still have not been refunded any money and I have returned all the coin bears that I had recieved. I called another time and talked to another representative and was told that they have on their computer that I had returned them all and they were going to go over my record to see how much my refund is.
Since then, the phone # is no longer working and it says to contact through mail or email. I have done both of those options and still not seen or heard any response or any refund into my account. I would really APPRECIATE someone getting in touch with me or refunding my account in the near future.
