This place is a slum. The manager doesn't exist, the building is frequently tagged by MS13 ( a mexican gang ) and there are always drunks in front of the building. The neighbors constantly break the front door, so they don't have to use a key, kids are playing on the roof top and there are rats and pigeons in the walls and ceilings. Most tenants have defaulted on their agreement and left early. To add insult to injury, the company claims it will take 1 month to return any deposit made. several thumbs down!!!
