Outside my family, this is the first time I've been scammed. It was an ad/story about teeth whitening and using 2 products together. I have no idea where I found it.

I ordered a free trial with a $2.95 shipping fee. It said that I could cancel, but that if I didn't they would charge me lots of money.
I scoured the website for contact info. and that's when I made my big mistake: I ORDERED IT ANYWAY!

When the product arrived, there was not one piece of paper on it with a phone number or email to contact them. Today when checking my accounts I saw two items had been paid out:

STAY WHITE FOR18888463 HAUPPAGE NY ON ($2.95)
PROLIGHTSMILE HAUPPAUGE NY ON ($128.73)

I've done a little looking on the internet and found nothing about the company. I would like to find out:
a) How to get my money back?
b) How to protect myself from further criminal activity by these people
and c) How to help stop them for continuing with this scam.

Any ideas or experience?
