Deactivate Service

Dear Sir,
My Colleague told me his STC sim service some programm activate and deducted acount balance. he didn't know what are the services activated in the sim service. So, now he is not recharge the number and still he can attend the incoming call only. Can you please deactivate what are the services in the system.

Fake SMS

Dear Sir,
I am recieving mostly the same SMS everyday from SP30443 number and got the matter "You are still registerd to the STC Twitter SMS service" and deducted SR. 3.00 riyals from my account everyday. I contacted many times for STC Customer Services and compalints also. but still still not deactivate the service.
Please deactivate the service from my SAWA Mobile number : +966502499867
