I bought, two month ago, one fabric steamer model SF-407. Some days ago I assembled it and the cover of the water reservoir was broken. I could not fix it. So I called Grupo Lemarc the company that represents Steamfast company in Brasil and they told me they could not do anything. They said they only fix problems whit the engine or if it does not work. They said I should call a technician who will charge the visit. I'm sure that a technician can't fix it because it is broken. They recommended I should complain against Lojas Americanas, which sold the device.
I think Grupo Lemarc should have a stock of components of the devices they sell, so they could ship me a new cover.
As the company did not solve my problem I wrote to Steamfast Company in USA and they also did not care about my need.
I have a brand new STEAMFAST fabric steamer which is useless because the Steamfast Company does not care about their clients.
