I had made a payment of Rs. 20, 000 via PayPal to Steamz on 27th Jan 2010 ($431.78) for 10 electronic cigarette starter kits at the rate of Rs. 2, 000 per kit. I received only 4 starter kits after which there was a short supply of kits as well as cartridges at Steamz for a period of 3 months starting from mid-Feb. 2010 until April 2010. Due to the delay I was no longer able to utilize the kits and I called Steamz customer service for a refund of my balance amount of Rs. 12, 000 in April 2010.

After several calls, one of the customer care executives assured me that I would receive my entire refund in the month of May 2010. However, I did not receive any refund and again after several calls to Steamz in early June 2010, I was told to wait indefinitely. I have called Steamz many times but I never get a resolution. I have not received a response to the numerous emails I have sent them.
In October 2010 I spoke to Sunil, one of the directors of Steamz and requested him to help resolve the issue. He told me he cannot reimburse my money.

I last emailed Steamz in January 2011, but no response has come from their end. A year and a half later, I am left without any options and Steamz is refusing to refund the Rs.12, 000 which is owed to me.
