QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS IS SINKING

I BOUGHT A QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS FROM MACY'S AT QUEENS CENTER MALL ON QUEENS BLVD., REGO PARK, NY IN JUNE 2003. SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE MATTRESS SINKING LITTLE BY LITTLE. MACY'S HAD SERVICE INSPECTOR COME TO MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES. BETWEEN 2004 - 2007. THEY TOLD ME THAT THE MATTRESS WAS SINKING BUT COULD NOT CHANGE IT BECAUSE I HAD A STAIN ON IT FROM WINDEX.. I FIND THE MATTRESS WAS A FAULTY ONE AND VERY UNCOMTABLE TRYING TO SLEEP IN IT. I HAVE HAD TWO MATTRESS (STEARN & FOSTER) IN MY HOME FOR 15 YEARS ETC.
I WOULD APPRECIATE IT YOU COULD KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS I PAID $1, 600 FOR THIS MATTER.THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION IN THIS MATTER.

Mattress sinks

I had bought a king size mattress from Macy's at Cumberland Mall in 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia.

When I saw the mattress at the store it was two sided and when I received it the mattress was padded only one side and the other side could not be flipped due to hard box. I have called your company many times but no one ever bothered to call me back on this issue.

I have other 2 mattress of Stearn and Foster and I was very happy with it but the one I bought from Macy's is a faulty one and is not at all comfortable one and after some times theres' a hump or hole when I sleep on.

Would very much appreciate if you could kindly look into this matter as I paid over $1500 for this mattress and I just have not been happy at all.
