The said no. is installed at my residence as 10 digit fixed line. Since last 3 weeks this phone has no signal. Connection was taken from Ganesh Communication. Despite of several telephone complaint people are not attending the complaint and the phone is of no use. I requested to surrender the line but no body is coming to do the needful.
I am totally fed up with the attitude of Airtel / Ganash Communication. If I am not able to get the services then why airtel is not coming to do the needful or disconnect the connection. This month onward, I am not responsible for the bill payment.
