13 of us just returned form the edenh real arena, we all tried to get a plane out of that hell hole mid week !!!! apple insisted a week prior to our vacation to me and my travel agent was a 5 star plus resort and was up and running and was given reassurances by apple that the casino would be opened on feb 15 or earlier!!!wrong try in 2 months!!!! a 7 day vacation was spent argueing with resort trying to just get what we paid for!!! day 5 we finally got to set on the beach by getting up at 3:30 to hold some chairs. the rest of the time we had to set in the restaurant chairs to just be close to beach and pool. people would walk in your room anytime of day or night!!! waiting 2 hours to get in a specialty restaurant only to be told they could not give out any more beepers!!! next night i had to set at the restaurant door for 2 hrs just to get us in!!! when i tiold them we had 13 but did not need to set together they told me no!!! at this point we have had enough and take over the restaurant anyway!!!! we are not a group that wants anything for nothing ,but apple vacations owes us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we had no vacation at all apple severely and addamently lied about the status of this resort even when we called after the trouble signals on trip advisor. im telling you the truth, we would not go back there even if trip was free and they paid us.
