We are working with Steria India (Noida) in Acorn (Thames water) process. We would like to tell that The TL & manager of team CC is champ in lying and making fool of employees and client (Thames Water). They shld joint politics. Joydeep Mazumder, Chandan Gopal, sharmita & their manager Sonal Goel they only know one thing that is only their own benefit. They all had made place hell. We all are so frustrated that we are now searching new job not bcz salary is low or increments are low but only due to such kind of enviorment. Agents have to do what they say other wise they start saying your promotion is in our hand & your leaves are in our hands.
Sonal Goel is so selfish and mean that she will request agents to extend the shift as SLA is high, but she not bothered to arrange for cabs. We want to ask how agents will go to home in night specially girls, People living in dawarka & Gurgoan do she know how much time it takes. She talks like a typical woman, without thinking and listing to other person. She makes us feel like we are labors not employees.
Not only this they are also making fool of the clients.
Cases (tiffs) are shown actioned but actually they are not actioned they just update records (anacom) writing actioned to just make fool of the client. TL’s does these all things and now they are putting things on agents.
Letters are printed without checking the or some time not printed. Topics are closed on back date so that the cases in which wrong action has been taken shld not picked in quality and mostly are closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s, as cases closed on these days are not picked in quality. Joydeep Mazumder & chandan says client only check quality picked cases so why should we check other letter be smart our SLA is more important than customer query.
Joydeep don’t do any thing in the office only sings song Main hu na main hu na or I have good contact with Pankaj and I cried when I was giving interview for TL as I was unable to answer the question then also they made me TL. He knows only two things one is buttering and 2 is lying.
Whenever agents say this is not the right way sir, Chandan says dekho ashe hi hota hai aur asihe hi hoga and the manager also support these people. And now client are here they say don’t do this don’t do that.
These are only small thing which we have mentioned there is lots of thing, which are happing wrong over here.
If some body is joining steria and specially acorn process what ever you are going to do in this process it will be your responsibility as TL and manager will put their hands up at the end. They only say- NO WE DON’T MEAN THAT WAY, YOU TAKEN IT WRONG WAY. SO IT’S YOUR MISTAKE. SO WE HAVE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINT YOU.
Private company doesn’t mean that they will suck our blood. We don’t want other to suffer just like us.
