They claim that it is my fault that a payment went through. I thought that by canceling my bill pay for my insurance 24 hours in advance that it would not go through. It did. It never showed on my account why and suddenly after only 2 purchases I was getting nsf charges. I called the Riverside branch and spoke with a lady that also could not figure out why my account was being overdrawn. This morning I spoke with Bev at the downtown branch. She told me it was my fault that the payment went through. The bank keeps all of the information you give it about companies that you send money to. It may look like you have deleted them off your bill pay but you haven't they will pay them or try to. And you will get charged for it. There is no way to cancel a business off your bill pay. After waiting all weekend all I was told was that they had already given me one refund in 6 months and since they felt that this was my mistake they would not give me any more. When I asked about my $101 that I was supposed to get 3 months after opening the account Rory informed me that that is most certainly not the case. My account was opened June 21, it is now November 16th. The bank and it's employees at the downtown office are clearly glued to my money. They can keep the $101 and leave me alone for the other $1.25.
