Sterns and Foster (sealy) WARNING!
After speaking to our friends about the failure of our queen sized mattress set we purchased only 3 years ago, we have concluded that the warranty offered by Sterns and Foster is worth NOTHING!

Please everyone read the fine print associated with their worthless warranty! This manufacture hides behind a warranty which is instantly voided if you happen to stain the mattress at all! Imagine offering a worthless warranty which states that you get NOTHING if by chance your kids spill a drink, your babies bottle leaks, or you dribble coffee on the mattress! They tell you you should buy a pad, but even a pad can leak through. They tell you you can clean a stain, but don't tell you that you are so screwed if it shows! What kind of pad should we buy - perhaps one made of solid rubber! These guys want to sell - sell -sell, but don't care to warranty their failed goods!

Our mattress failed and a small stain was noted by the representative upon their inspection. The stain (about 1 inch by 4 inches) was grape juice, and was on the opposite side of the mattress! Yet they will not stand behind their warranty for inner spring failure! There is a deep depression on the opposite site of the stain. The mattress itself has a brace running down the middle which you can feel if your body rests upon it too!
We paid $1400.00 dollars for this junk, and have never dealt with any company as callused as Sealy when dealing with a customer complaint. Their policy is nothing less than Deceptive Advertising of their so called 10 year Warranty! It is inconceivable to assume that even with a pad, their will not be a stain anywhere on any mattress in ten years time. Furthermore their useless warranty compares to:


A car manufacturer voiding your warranty of an engine if the trunk liner was soiled!

OR

An insurance company voiding your insurance because your car was dirty when it got hit!

WE WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SEALY (Sterns and Foster) PRODUCT AS LONG AS WE LIVE! We will WARN anyone who will listen! DON'T buy Sealy Products!
