They offered USPS as their shipping method and then without my consent they shipped the guitar picks by Fed Ex which cost me more than what i was willing to risk by letting customs decide through regular mail. Courier services = automatic fees! Then they tried to act like they were doing me a big favour and that i was given complimentary upgrade instead of owing up that they lied and misrepresented themselves online.

Don't do business with them. They are dishonest. Don't care about the customer. Filed a complaint with Better Business against them.
