I called over to Steve Lazarus and associates after receiving a referral from someone I was introduced to letting me know that they could help me with getting additional capital. Once I got on the phone with a co worker Glen Alzate that said that Steve Lazarus was taking a nap at 1pm in the middle of the day I grew a bit concerned. I then spoke with Mr. Steve Lazarus about what he does and how he could help our company raise money. He went on telling me that he looks for free trading stock at a discount and he would purchase blocks of stock from a non affiliate of the company. When I received the documents from Steve they had a name on the documents as the buyer being alliance equities. I did some research and found that Alliance Equities was owned and ran by a guy name Richard Epstein. I then went on looking into who Mr. Richard Epstein was and found that this guy was involved in very unlawful business dealings and was all over the SEC website, www.sec.gov . I then called Mr Steve Lazarus and asked him why he mentioned he was the funder and the company that was on the purchase agreement was in the name of Alliance Equities. He replied that he did not have the capital to do the transaction which was less then $50k.
I spoke briefly to Glen Alzate that had no knowledge of the business and was a bit not all together there. He has this guy I guess making calls to companies
with know knowledge of the business. These guys are really something else.
I was concerned about moving forward with the deal and decided not to as he Not only was a cold caller but was making false accusation's about him being the money man. He portrayed himself and his company Steve Lazarus & Associates LLC as a financial arm and it was all bogus. To all that might receive a call or a recommendation about Steve Lazarus & Associates LLC, Do not be fooled they are not whom they claim to be and have no means to do anything they say they will do. In fact they are making introductions to there funders who are being watched by the SEC and have had law suits filed against them by the SEC in conjunction to stock manipulation and fraud.
* Look for a group that is clean that is not out sourcing there business and make sure your dealing with a group that has not had any problems with violating SEC law. Always check out www.sec.gov and ask auestions about who is really funding the deal, if in factthey are the check writers.
Glad I could be of service to protect you from a terrible business dealing !
