Poor customer service
I bought two double rolls of expensive wallpaper. the first roll we put up did not lay down at the seams correctly. We stopped our remodling and contacted Steves Blind and Wall paper. I had ordered a third double roll of the same wallpaper before we put up the first roll. After seeing how the first roll was I requested a cancellation of the third roll and a refund of my money. I cancelled the third roll within a few days of ordering it. I was sent an email stating that my third roll would be cancelled and my money returned in 3-5 days later. Well that was three weeks and many emails ago. I cant get a return email, phone call or anything. They are totally ignoring me. I only asked for a refund of the third double roll of wallpaper that I was advised that when I ordered it that it would be the end of april before I would get it. I cancelled it within a few days of placing the order. I will keep posting complaints everywhere I can until someone refunds my money!
