on07/10/09 i went to there escondido office to INQUIRE about options i have to deal with a promblem i was in a office with a deal writer, i told him my situation he said i could lose everything i should file bankruptcy i told him i couldnt make a decision right then NOTHING WAS EXPLAINED TO ME about diff chapters.. he is very pushy with papers . well loand behold they took 1500 out of my account no notice nothing so it started a snowball effect, it was there for my car payments living expense I called them repeatly all i ever talked to was a secatary I WAS TOLD I HAD TO CALL A JASON GO TO LAJOLLA office to get my money which i did i talked to jason flory he said what they will do is nickle@dime me till i get nothing, but i told him i never rec. service or help he was going to put it thru, i called after months went byall i talked to was a staff member.i did speak to a lori whom told me i would be getting a refund MAKE IT SHORT I REC> A LETTER07/15/2010 with a list of calls either i made or they called me with a check for$337.00 that means a paralegal makes almost $100.00 per call. I emailed them i did everything i could then i find out they are closing or regrouping just leave people hanging, they did NOTHING FOR ME I lost a lawsuit now have a lein on my home, lost my car yes im pissed that slime can use the law to steal from indi. that trusted them, to know what to do the 2 people that worked there that tried to help no longer work there.. im lost as what to do they totally ripped me and others off with no consequences its wrong i cant let it go
