Registration

I just received a letter from you confirming and congratulating that I registered from Stonebridge Insurance Company with certificate No. 74A2ON9120 & GC900 - Accidental Death and Dismemberment. I AM RESPONDING TO IT NOW THAT I HAVE NOT AND NEVER REGISTERED FROM YOU, AND I DO NOT WANT TO BECAUSE MY WIFE AND I ALREADY HAVE OUR OWN INSURANCE, SO P L E A S E C A N C E L THE SAID REGISTRATION.
Tell JCPenney to stop this bogus claim, OR ELSE we will not buy from their stores anymore!!!
Please CANCEL the said policy IMMEDIATELY!!!

Billing

The billing sent each month has never shown a payment made,
and this gives too much control over the policies, #012 8-D8J9
and #02VZ-KNLR. Anyone that might have to help me when I am deceased, would think that I have never made a payment or be in doubt. Thus, the insurance company could deny payment and without me having any proof of the policies being current, I would lose the insurance compensation to take care of my burial expenses. I am requesting help to, at least, get something opn their billing to show payments made and next due payment.
Their billings show too much info and no payments ever having been made. I will be mailing this and other info to complete a picture for whoever will help.
