I have e mailed on this problem but have never received a corresponds... I purchased a home and after a few months being here we were going to seal our decking well we were told by our handy man that the decking both front and back were rotted in numerous places and should call the Realtor up and let him know as we had an inspector... Well he told us to call inspector and when he came on out he said he would have never passed it if he would have checked it but the owners told him not to... Then he proceeded to say I'm not going to stick my foot in my mouth again... I have made several attempts to get in touch with the realtor that sold me the home... I have talked to him and his last response was you know I was having problems with my marriage well we just finally got divorced and I will get to this and take care of the matter this has been over a month now and still no call no nothing. This decking is not in good shape at all and I need someone now to step in... I have made several attempts by e mail complaining but have never received a mail back so I'm not sure where to go nor what to do as this job wont be a cheap one... He also said he called the owners and they said well they lived in the home awhile so it could have happened since they moved in well Bob know all about this problem when we were informed about it when we had plains to stain it and seal it... Please reply.
