Turns out this is a pirated site. a knock off of the real rosetta stone website. they sell products that are not genuine and when you receive the product you cant use it. there is no way to contact them. to get your money back!!! be carefull. I called the real rosetta stone before purchasing their Product and they explained this to me. luckily i didnt order the product from the other company
