I have been renting from this location for a while now... at my last address kids I would say would break into the boxes and you would go to check your mail and it would be all over the ground. I sought out a P.O Box for that reason. This location would be closed during business hours and you can not check your mail. I also know that they tamper with your mail and hold it back in the office till it suites them to give it to you. Just today I checked my mail 11/29/2010 and I had a box full of mail dated 11/8. I was on the phone and I made a comment to my caller saying these people must think I’m crazy as I looked at the post office stamp of when my mail was delivered… the guy told me I could go somewhere else. I am one step ahead of you I don’t need this poor service. The killing part was I had been asking them wheres my mail for the last two weeks because businesses had been mailing me time sensitive material and the guy who is now there states he don't know... well today he says he was not there and the lady did something with it... I guess cause I called the owner on Nov. 3 when I went to pay for my box and asked him why the store is not open he said it should be open and he don't know where the lady is. I went back a week later to pay and the lady said something is wrong with my credit card... I again called the owner who is said to be the owner I will check it out with public records to file formal complaints across the board... n e who I told the owner that the lady claims something is wrong with my credit card... the owner said that she did not know that something is wrong with the machine... I would think at 4pm this would have been discussed with her being the business was open all day... then I went back another week later only going once a week because I have moved and I don't get there often like I was in walking distance... this time the lady said the machine is not working and pay by cash... so I told her I always pay by credit card now cause ya'll don't keep up with the payments when I use to pay 2 months at a time... then I went back days later and she told me I could write a check I told her that my new checking account does not have my name printed on it and she did not want to take it... so I told her I only have $8 in cash with me now since my box cost only $10 and she was willing to take it but was not willing to give me a receipt… and I told her if she was going to take my cash I needed a receipt because I’m not trusting that the books will say that I paid. I have decided to move my services to a more organized company... I have seen to many things that go on in that store. Not being open when it is suppose to according to the sign is enough. But then be rude to paying customers is not tolerated. The lady has her child at work all the time. Once I went to get my mail and there was all kinds of stuff outside the door brand new items because the store sells high priced purses and what knots. To be nice I pointed out why is this stuff outside she stated her toddler must have thrown it outside and she did not notice. She then said some things was missing and I said aint no telling how long the stuff was out there so someone could have picked up what they wanted by now. Not to mention other additional older family members and children come after school and sit and wait behind the counters. Theres been times I come and she can’t be found… I call out her name then I walk to the counter and she is asleep on the floor with her baby. I have seen many people come and go during the time I rented out my P.O BOX and wished the good ones had stayed. I sell things on Ebay and I was mailing my things from the store. Customers would call me and ask where are the packages I go to the store and they are still there weeks later she would have some lame reason why they did not go out. I took them straight to the post office counter and the lady said they are fine and not once have I had any packages returned. She does not like it when you call the owner on her and will do things to mess with your mail or business. She charges higher rates then the post office does and says that they are a different business, not sure if it was legal so I just use the post office… an ex neighbor of mine use to cash his SSI checks there and found out she was over charging him to cash the checks. I have been there and customers wanted something notarized and the new guy told them the lady is not there to do it. The customer got upset and said when will she be in he said tomorrow maybe. This business should not be in the heart of the riches, you know people with class which is where it is located (14354 MEMORIAL DR) I noticed the owner use to have his number in the window and now it is gone I guess to many people got to calling him with complaints. I understand I have seen so many poor ethics concerning this business just look me up and I will tell all. Also I know the owner got in trouble of some sort for medical fraud. He was getting people to sell medical equipment using the insurance to pay for it and got in trouble with the state of TX check it out. As for me I’m filing complaints with online, BBB, USPS, ATTORNEY GENERAL. I will be suing if any of my time sensitive material that I’m going over is said to be my fault because I did not turn it in on time and I have photos to back up my claims plus a witness.
