I am a New Zealand resident and I was looking for Neopet cards for my son online. I found this site and they sold the virtual codes that can be redeemed on the Neopet's website. I decided to buy 1 to see how it would go, The site had a minimum buying amount of $30 so I upped my purchase to that amount. It said on the site that they were moving but as they would be delivering the codes via email I wasn't worried to much, but sent an email after making the order asking what sort of delivery time I could expect. I had no reply. In fact I heard nothing from these people at all. But the money was gone from my credit card. So I sent another email asking politely for some response, Still nothing. SO I looked up their phone number in the USA white pages and rang them - 15 times over a period of 3 days. No answer Just an answering machine, and yes I did ring during there opening hours and I checked the time zone conversion.
I finally sent a really shitty email and I got a response within 2 hours. Saying that they were moving and that they had delays and that my order had now been cancelled. Thats was fine with me but my money has still not been refunded to my credit card.
My issue is firstly that they only replied once I got angry. They never once contacted me to say there was going to be a delay. And I gave them ample opportunity. And on top of this I still dont have my money back.
I dont know what to do.
