I recieved a phone bill from AT&T yesterday that had 39.98 in charges from Store front Riches... do not know who these people are and have never subscribed to their services. They somehow got my emal info off of Facebook from a link offering a "FREE" gift!!! Beware of these offers on Facebook... NOTHING IS FREE...It ll allow a pop-up & I guess that is how they got my info... Get this... My home phone is in my Mom's name... They put fraudulent charges on her bill. I called "PAYMENT ONE" @1-888-238-4453 AND WAS INFORMED that I signed up for this service... I finally went off on thes folks after they said "Well we have your email info where you signed up"" I challenged them and finally they cancelled my service, but still would not refund me.. I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor and was denied... The girl I spokewith finally told me a check for 39.98 would be sent to me in 7-10 business days... WE"LL SEE... I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN... IF THIS HAS HAPPENED TO YOU CALL YOUR PHONE CARRIER AND REQUEST A THIRD PARTY BILLING BLOCK BE ADDED TO YOUR BIIL @ NO COST TO YOU...Wanda C

I was charged 14.94 a month for 2 months for web services I never authorized. I must have unwittingly signed up when doing a survey. I suppose the agreement was buried in the fine print. I called them and they said I would get a refund for the current month but not for the first month.

Added charges to my phone bill without authorization for website hosting.
