Lack of performance
I went to a Stores On Line high pressure, big promise sales presentation. I asked several specific questions about the services promised and was assured that they delivered. THEY DO NOT!! I went on the site to build a website and immediately encountered problems. Since I was in the 3 day cancellation window, I requested that my contact be canceled. I was assured that the problems would be fixed. I was never notified of when it was fixed. They promise the moon and don't deliver - such as a customizable autoresponder (NOT), an effective shopping cart (NOT) pre-screened drop shippers that are ready to do business with SOL (NOT). I have tried for months now to get my contract canceled and my deposit refunded. Please think twice before believing their inflated promises and read the fine print.

The Worst Service
I gave Stores On Line a $500 deposit and within a few days I complained of bad customer service. The next day I complained in writing and got no satisfaction.

Sol has a 24/7 LIVE CHAT which is major part of their customer support. I never was able to log on to LIVE CHAT. I followed all their direction, finally receiving written directions, which included lowering security settings and needlessly updating Java. I took my computer to a Tech and he told me the problem was on SOL's end. Within 2 weeks I wanted to void the contract, but gave them a second chance.

One week later I was done with them. I have 5 pages of correspondence between us, but that would be boring.

SOL has a really good sales team and a product that might work, but because of its size and complexity Customer Support is vital.

Sol's CS reps have cheap phones, no partitions and inexperienced people. I heard conversations with other reps. My first call I asked if (801) was an area code or a toll free number. He had to put me on hold to answer.

When I finally got a manager and complained she accused me of "race baiting". I might look into some kind of civil rights action.

Now Sol will not respond to emails and they have a Financial company threatening to drain bank accounts.

I have checked with BBB and SOL has over 700 complaints and a F rating.

Before I agreed to go into contract I checked with RipOff Report and SOL looked pretty clean. I filed a complaint on RipOff and they email back and say Sol has changed their ways and SOL is on a special board on RipOff.

RipOff can not be trusted any more.

DO NOT deal with either.

I filed with BBB, FTC and in the process of filing with AZ DOJ and local media.

I would like to here from other people who got screwed.

won't give me my money back
Am disabled and wanted to get an internet business started so, I could work from home. Went to their seminar, at a local Green Bay WI hotel, in October 2005. Said they would help me set up on-line stores to earn money. Made it sound good, & fell for it. Get you alone and then push you to buy 6 internet store fronts, which ended up costing me over $6, 000, to start with. Made it sound easy to set up. Had problems with my computer and with personal things, so by time I began trying, was not at all like they had said. Told me I would be approached by another company, to set up their product on my store fronts. Company called, but then wanted all this extra money each month, for each store front & take out of my checking acct. Didn't have the money to keep paying out and not sure if get anything back. Didn't want to become a millionaire, just wanted to earn enough money to live on and hopefully be able to save some money. After that recieved calls about joining tax clubs, being incorporated in Nevada, etc. Gave up trying, not as easy as they want you to believe. Already paid them over $3, 000 and now in collection and on my credit report that I didn't pay for a loan. Still want over $4, 000 for rest I supposedly owe. Received nothing for my money and they provided no service for my money. Found out too late, it was a scam and there are many people out there, who were scammed by them.

paid for Item /did not recieve it
Yo Dude! I went to a seminar held by stores on line, to sign up for help to make a web site with the intention of selling online, I was to recieve a MP3 Player for attending the meeting, by paying $10 and sending the money to stores on line, in which I did, I have had no reply and worst of all NO! MP3 Player, is this a scam or are they just total rip- off's, thank "GOD" I did not go through with the deal, that was for $3, 000/ 6, 000. Talk about total losers, any information will be greatfuly appreciated.

Bad service
I attended a seminar on 1/11/08 and without checking scams on the internet, I purchased a website for $ 2, 700.00 which was and is alot of money. I asked the salesman if this was all it would cost me to get it up and running. He said yes. However, it would cost me $ 29.95 per month and only $ 150.00 for the programer to put it together for me. WELL< that was wrong as the people from the Company starting to call me asking for $ 5, 995.00 and then a tax portion of $ 1, 200.00 also. This started exactly 15 days after I had a right to gewt out of my deal. Had I known this I certainly would have done just that. These are a bunch of hotshot young guys hurting and misrepresenting themselves. I am out of $ 2, 700.00 and am unable to get it back. They are getting money under falso pretenses There are loads of complaints and class actions going on . There is a cease and desist in Utah. They violated Business Opportunity Fraud Act of Washington, banned by State of Main. Connecticut $ 130, 000.00 settlement with Storesonline and Imergent. Austrralia last year had a $ 700, 000.00 settlement distributed in the class action. This goes on and on. I have brought this to the attention of Lisa Madigan, Illinois Attorney General where they have been sued by AG of Illinois and Texas.. I need to bring this to your attention and any help you can give me to get my money back would be so appreciated. These people are so misrepresenting themselves to inocent people.
