Never Contacted Me for the Seminar
My brother died suddenly the week of the seminar. I was supposed to get a reschedule for the seminar. They took the money and I never heard back. I called numerous times to reschedule. No response. I never even received the mp3 player for the free gift. I guess I should rejoice from what I have read that was done to partipants who made it and got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend any attend even the free seminar.

We all are looking for opportunities but not opportunites to be made fools of. This company only exists to make money not to help any one!

Liars and scammers
Stay away from Storesonline.com...they run seminars...get you hooked into opening stores..giving them money...with their fast talk of "big money" right away...they DO NOT deliver...They lie...they offer a free MP3Player for attending their seminars which they never send to you. Stay away from these scammers from Utah. These people offer to help you open a store immediately and scam you into thinking it's the easiest and quickest way to make money on the Internet. They claim they will help set up your store with your own website that they will supply and shopping cart, etc. This never happens...They disappear when it's time to deliver...These people should be reported to the Utah Federal Fraud Consumer Dept. which I am going to do.

Scam
In December of 2007 I was invited to an internet money making seminar put on by Storesonline. I was told how I could get rich selling products on my own personal websites. I then was told for $20 I could attend an all day workshop where I would learn more about doing business on the internet and would have the opportunity to purchase as many as 6 websites.

At the all day seminar the Storesonline staff was very convincing, they offered success stories of people who had websites set up through them and reassured us it was very easy to get started and we would make money in no time. They said the storesonline staff would offer any help we needed and would answer any questions we had in setting up the websites. When it came time to buy the websites I explicitly stated I only wanted three websites to start off with. The salesman used high pressure sales tactics and stated I would do much better with 6 websites, so I purchased 6 sites for a total of $6000.

I was then invited back for a half day seminar where they walked us through the process of setting up our websites and how to advertise our websites how to get the best results on search engines and how to do business on Ebay. For $1000 I bought more software that was supposed to help me get my websites noticed and help bring in the profits. I have since decided this was another money making scheme .

A few weeks later I was contacted by Professional Marketing International. For $6000 they would help me set up my websites, they offered to get the dropshippers for me if I provided them with a product I wanted to sell, I would have access to an internet coach that would help get my websites up and running by working together through conference calls once a week and I would have access to online internet classes that would make my websites successful. The salesman said we were one of the chosen few selected to be offered this special deal and since it sounded good I decided to sign up for the service .

After a while things did not work out, the conference calls fell through, the internet classes were a flop and I still had no action on my websites. I contacted the salesman to get a refund. He said he would send me a form to fill out and would refund me half my money. I promptly did as he said had have yet to receive one penny in refund money .

And finally I was contacted by The Tax Club. For around $2000 they would help get my company started. They would establish my company as an S corporation, Get me squared away with the state as far as taxes are concered and every year they would do my business taxes and personal taxes. This sounded like a good idea so I would not have to do it. Once again I was offered conference calls with coaches that would inform me on how to do business in the internet world. I had a few of these conversations but once again they wanted more and more money for more and more services .

I am convinced that this trio is in business together. They use deceptive business practices and in fact are scamming the good hardworking people of the United States of America of which we happen to be. Once they get your money they offer no real services. All together these three companies have over $12000 of my hard earned money and I have nothing to show for it.

Online scam
Stores Online is a company that travels the USA holding seminars with high pressure sales to have them build you a website so you can run your own online business. I am here to tell you that they are liars. I bought into their scam as a quick fix to building my website business. WRONG. I have sent them ALL my information for the website and promised that I would be contacted in 5 days by programming. It's been a month and I can not get anyone to return phone calls or respond to emails. They have my down payment and are supposed to have an EFT for the financing come out of my account on 2/1/09. I am in the process of cancelling everything. They have breached the contract. I am here to WARN EVERYONE, stay away from this company. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs, my local Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce in Orem, UT (where they are based) and I have an attorney that is handling the rest for me.

Please eveyone, google stores online and read ALL the complaints. I didn't before I paid these folks. See, they get you in the seminar and give you a price that is ONLY available that day if you sign up. So people are signing on in droves with this company without having time to investigate them first. That's what they want and they get it. It's awful and someone needs to legally shut this company down... for good!!
