I have a problem with Straight Talk customer service. I'm on an automatic payment plan, each month my payment is directly deducted. I got an email yesterday stating that my payment will be ducted in two days. This is a problem because it should not be coming out for another two weeks. I've been trying to call customer service for the past two days and keep getting the message "Due to unusually high call volume we cannot take you call right now, try again later". I've gotten this message at least 10 time since yesterday morning. What the ^%#@$%^&. I had this problem a while back when I simply wanted to change which credit card my payment was coming out of. Something I should be able to accomplish online, but with Straight Talk you cannot. It took around 8 calls, and once I got through a 20 minute wait to get the change accomplished. I'm surprised Walmart has aligned themselves with a business who's customer service is so bad. I will be switching providers, the savings is not worth the hassle.
