I purchase a Straight talk prepaid cell phone back in the fall. I love it. I had unlimited calling, texting & browsing for $45 a month. Just a few weeks ago I added a card on my phone and it has had problems ever since. My texting and calling still work great but I can no longer use my internet. Dont get me wrong, I can live without it, but I pay for this feature. I called to speak with a customer service represenitive and after 6 or 8 calls I finally got through. I explained my problem to them and then gave me a claim number. They had me try to "re-boot" my phone a few times and still... nothing. I was told to call back within 72 hours and my pblem should be fixed. (This was from 1.20.10) Everyday that I have tried to call back since, I can't get through. Seems to say that due to a high call volume... blah blah blah. That isnt my problem. Im starting to think that they have all these calls or they are ignoring them because this isnt just my phone having this type of issue. I guess I shouldnt complain too much, I can still text && talk but still...
Anyone else having this issue? Hopefully this will be resolved soon enough...
