No Support
I woke up this morning a found 2 messages sent to me, 2 months late.
I've tried to make calls to good numbers (my bank) and ST drops the ball and and I get; "We're Sorry. We cannot complete your call as dialed"
Resetting/reprogramming is a waste of time.

I say; "Let's boycott these bastards".

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced in 60 years.
The first CS was in Philipines, wasted hours getting the run around. PLEASE NOTE, not only do they not speak English, this was just the jerk around call. I had to repeat every word 5 or 6 times, then they repeat every sentence back a few times to "confirm it"
This started because they "overnighted" a phone to me for a week. Fedex finally got the box 6 days later, and delivered it the next MONDAY, because they checked the "weekdays only" on Friday. This is after sending a email (email number 5) that it would be there tomorrow on the previous Friday.
It took about EIGHT HOURS getting jerked around to finally get a phone number transfered.

ALSO, the "headquarter" number in "Miami" is now in Columbia. They lie. This is the "manager" Perline, at 305-715-6526. She probably is in Florida, since I got the number from Miami Police.

After six days of getting jerked around from the CS, she claimed it is because I am "rude". Rude seems to be refusing to answer the same idiotic questions for the 20th time and answering "get manager". (I donot start out "rude" I tried to use the idiots at least 50 times, since my grandparents didn't speak English very well and I understand that you learn your langauge and ALWAYS drag the accent with you. )

After filing a complaint with the manager in Miami, the CS in Comumbia illegally ported my number, so I got a message from Verizon about not being able to identify the phone. This took half a day to fix.

I have got to leave and get another phone company, and port the number, or I could get a few more pages. BYE.

To the one's who are having trouble with receiveing there phones...SCREW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE...CALL 305-715-6500 EXT 3324, or ask for Cherisita...If they she is not available the ask for her voicemail...When I called the Customer service line I spent 4 straight hours on the phone in one night not counting other day's and hours, but I was determined I was not letting this BS go anymore...So the last representative I talked to said we are sending you a phone but first you have to send us the old phone, short story it would be a while before I would have a phone...HELL NO...I don't think so...So i went up the ladder and found Cherisita and told her my issues and she proceeded to try and fix the problem and no guy's she does not read from the script..She tried she called the main carrier of the phone and they tried and nothing...Proceeds to tell me that the representative that told me enter in a code in code enrty mode somehow locked up my phone so I will have a Phone and 1 month free unlimited service at my doorstep with in 24 hrs of speaking with Charisita...She gave me fedex tracking number b4 i hung up and I have been tracking my package since this morning...Will be delivered by 3pm tomorrow...I HOPE THIS HELPS SOME OF YOU...I KNOW ALL TO WELL THE HASSLES OF STRAIGHTTALK...

SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE
My family all have straighttalk phones but I have been trying to transfer my service from one straighttalk phone to another straighttalk phone. They are telling me they have to send me a new sims card. That will be another 7 to 10 days. That to me is unacceptable. It says that you can do all of this online but then u have to call and the service person is always someone I cant understand at all. How hard is it to transfer one number to another phone. I am just about ready to switch my service to AT@T or someone else. Also, I have been trying to do this for one month. I believe they owe a $45 Unlimited Card with the SIMS card. That is if they ever send it.

Unlimited Internet is not Unlimited
I spent $200 on a "smart phone" and $45 for "unlimited Internet" service and the phone could be used as a WiFi Hotspot as advertised on the box. Ok, I used it. I used the hotspot feature, uploading music that I own the copyright for. Halfway into my second month of service with this company I found I had no service. I attempted to call the company several times and after three days I found that the customer service person's English was horrible. I was told that my phone was permanently deactivated due to overuse of data. I was told that my new phone could never be deactivated but that I could buy a new phone and I could enjoy straightTalk service again. No thank you!

I am sick off the texting i get from straighttalk, sometimes 5 an hourto get me to let them take my payment out of my bank account.i buy my time at wal-mart and that works for me.I text them back to stop sending messages and I will get 3 or 4 in the next 15 minutes.

customer service
This company is the most horrible company to deal with! My husband and I tried to port our numbers from StraightTalk to PagePlus 7 it took us 6 hours when dealing with StraightTalk. There was not one English-speaking person I dealt with!

Poor Service/No service
I purchased the LG620G Dec. 24, 2010 along with a 45.00 card. Charged phone according to directions, called customer service to port over my number from Virgin mobile & activate phone.I was told it would take up to 2hrs to be activated. Next day stll not activated.Called back (Christmas Day) suprisingly someone is working.
We start all over again (service rep. had no knowledge of previous information) I was then told that my simcard would not work for my zipcode they will send out another one. Once I recieve my new simcard all I had to do was insert it into the phone and the phone would start to work.(LIE).Recieved simcard Dec 30, called service talked to 4 different people 2 that were supposed to be supervisors only to be told it would take appr. 3-7 days to port my number over again.(now I'm furious) Nevertheless I accept this(I'm stuck now).I'ts now Jan. 05, 2011 still no phone service. Call service center again on the phone for 31/2 hours only to be told my new simcard doesn't work.(I'm really Pissed off now).Wait on new simcard, arrived Jan.12, 2011 by fedex who leaves it stuck in the fence with it raining at the time, (another story).Call the call center Jan. 13, finally get it on only to find out I can't recieve any incoming calls. Call back on the next day to get that taken.Called back the very next day to reset my service end date which was scheduled to end Feb. 1, 2011 to Feb.13, 2011 which is the first day I had any type of service.Still no Internet, just happy to have phone service, up until today Jan.25, 2011.I'ts off again only to be told I have an error on my account and it could not be activated until that clears.I depend on my cellphone for my business, Straightalk has really ruin my business in these last thirty days.We're all trying to cutback in any way we can including me.Once this last episode is straighten out I will be hitailling it back to reputble carrier no more trying to save money.This company need's to be put out of business they are a disgrace to every business out here trying to give quality service.
