Out of Birthday $$ February 26, 2010

None Response to Deposit made for Registrations

Both me & my mother (senior Citizen) sent $129 deposits to SAT for 7 nights in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The phone number is disconnected. I tried another number sugessted by Shell Vacation Club only to find out that it is a hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This company was recommended and endorsed by SVC. We want our money back. Who do we need to connect?

will not contact us

we have 2 night accommodations at the VIP MGM GRAND, we sent out desired dates (3 Different Dates) to them and was told to pick 3 different dates twice...we have never heard back from them and both phone numbers we have to contact them 480-990-3232 and 1-800-992-1444 are no longer working numbers. we want to schedule our 2 nights in las vegas but have not heard back or can not contact them.
this is thru shell vacation club of which we are members in good standing...Please help to get this resolved as we are looking forward to this vacation...my phone number is 239-209-3767...e-mail is [email protected], john and susan guinn,
