They sent an incompetent politician named M. IRBY to our house in Gretna with a case plan for a 17 year old boy with drug & alcohol promblems. Our son was 9!!! The case plan was for some kind of WACKED OUT IN-HOME THERAPY for our son, SLS. Mr. Irby insisted that I sign his fraudulent case plan even though he knew he brought the WRONG CHILDS PAPERWORK!! Pittsylvania County Department of social services was contacted (they are just as incompent as STRATEGIC!! & Mr. Irby!!!). We feel that anyone dealing with Strategic Therapy &/or Pittsylvania County Department of Social Services should BEWARE because all these people are doing is out for a dollar and they don't care whether YOU NEED THEIR INCOMPETENT SERVICES OR NOT!! IT's ALL FOR A BUCK!!! WE were advised by numerous people that our son's case was suspicious and that there had to be alot of money that the school, GRETNA ELEMENTARY/Pittsylvania County Department of Social Services & their special group of FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES (Strategic/L.Garbee) must plan to make. Well, the SECRETS ARE ALL OUT AND THERE IS NO WHERE TO HIDE!!! (Truth is the fraud appears to go right through the county commission in every state and every county!!!) FARMING OUR CHILDREN FOR STATE AND FEDERAL REVENUES. MILLION DOLLAR CASE PLANS> That's where your social security dollars have gone. CPS has looted it for THERAPY THIS & THERAPY THAT... LALALALALALLA!!! FRAUD! WASTE & ABUSE!!! THERAPY IS FRAUD & A WORTHLESS BUTT READY JOB!!! Who needs it? Very few people. Besides psychology is/was an remains an UNPROVEN SCIENCE!! FRAUD!!!

FURTHERMORE, we feel that anyone who has a promblem with these kacko's sould be sending pink slips to their congressmen and their complaints. This was a scheme to defraud programs from the 1974 CAPTA ACT and anything that came after it. Even the school was on the paddy-wagon too!!! All these people deserve prosecution under the RICO ACT!! It's welfare fraud!!!
