This company ripped me off for about $3800.00 dollars. I was a subcontract for Mr. Branch and was never paid for the job I completed. Not only did I get ripped off but five other hurricane victims were ripped off as well. One family had three checks forged by Strategic and the other families have paid him and the job has not been completed. He also works out of Memphis so stay away.
