A few months ago my family and I went on vaction for a month. Soon after we got are bill for the time we were gone and it was over $400. Now keep in mind no one was home. When I called stream I was told that was the reading Was right and it was my fault. I called oncor to check the meter and soon after I was told that they made a mistake and would let stream know. After a week I called stream and was told that the bill would not change and if I did not pay I would lose my power. I called oncor once more and was told that stream did know of the change. I called once more and then I was told I would have to pay the bill in whole and they would send the diffrence back and if I did not I would goto jail for theft! This is a joke I'm a vet and I know after my head injury I have problems understanding but I know this is wrong.
