Spoke to Brittany at Stream for 30 minutes before she hung up on me. She said I could contact Fox 4 she didn't care...

I see on my current bill for the downtown apartment that i have not lived in for months that i have a current charge of $17.13 and a past due charge (from the July/Aug bill) of $53.62. When i spoke to Brittany she said it was from the July/Aug bill. But I'm looking at my July/Aug bill of $155.21 AND my Chase bill payment of $155.21 and I'm really confused. It was paid in full? How can there be a charge now 2-3 months later for that billing cycle in the amount of $53.62? She can't explain she can only tell me it's from that cycle. So I ask her to send me something in writing that there was more usage than billed or whatever the case may be but I want something to show where this amount came from. CAN'T DO IT. She cannot and will not provide anythign in writing to me. I simply owe her this amount and if I do not pay it she will send me to collections. ALSO, I cannot speak with her manager and she will not give me her last name nor any ID number to identify her later. But she assures me that she is the only "Brittany" that works for the entire company of Stream Energy so if I ever did need to reference this call it would be no problem. So.. I keep all my bills attached to all my bill pays. I pay 100% in full EACH month. I can prove it. So where did this $53 charge come from out of nowhere? And there is no documentation to prove it is a valid charge? Please help! I've tried calling back but the wait times are over 30 minutes. I keep typing in my number for Stream to call me back which of course they do not.
