Unauthorized Charges
My Verizon bill contains a $14.95 from Streaming Flix LLC that I never ordered or authorized. They claim that I filled out an authorization form and sent me a PDF file containing what I supposedly filled out. I never did this. I see other complaints here about the same company doing the same thing to others.

Unauthorzied Billing Charges
I have to tell everyone that this company is about as shady as they get! I have been charged $14.95/month thru Century Link(Embarq) for some time now and wasn't even aware of it. When I did call they said that someone that added the service. Now they said there was no security password or s.s. # just my address and name and thats all that's needed to start getting this service. I argued with two women about this and threatened to call the Better Business Bureau and they said go ahead. They couldn't give me any info about anything other to say that they are the call center for them. I have never heard of a company being able to get away with such a thing before. I am extremely upset that something can happen like this!

they charged my phone for 14.95 5 times without my approval dammit please please help me press charges and get them to take off these charges off my telephone bill

Fraudulant charges
A charge of $14.95 started to appear on my land line Verizon bill. When contacted the company claimed that we had signed up for their service and sent an e-mail with significant personal information they claimed we provided.
I proved them wrong, because the IP address they sent was wrong. They said they will refund part of the bill and I am going to short pay Verizon and let them collect the balance.

Unauthorixed charges on AT&T bill
Have been charged for services I never authorized or asked for...FRAUD
It took 45 minutes to get through to someone and they were very rude and said that I called and ordered this service.I have never called this company and ordered anything.
Someone needs to do something about this company.

AT&T Fraud
I have known for years that my phone company allowed fraudulant charges to be billed to me through my home phone bill. This is every month. The only thing that changes is the company name that places the charge. It is an up hill battle to keep AT&T from allowing these charges. They just don't care. They are never held responsible for these false charges. If I get a fraudulant charge on my credit card statement, I don't have to pay the charge. Why is AT&T allowed to participate in these false charges month after month while they help bilk millions of people out of their money? AT&T should be sued!

Unauthorized charges
I received my phone bill with a charge 14.99 for videos. They said that I ordered it and they had an order form from me. I never filled out a form.
