My Verizon bill shows charges for Flixofee dated August 11, 2010, for services I never authorized or received, This is the secone time in a couple years that Verizon has been a party to this kind of billing scam. I called them and after waiting over 30 minutes for a representative who was eager to serve me, I was told to call Flix. Fee directly. I wasted more time doing this, again repeatedly being told my call was important and to wait for a representative. I'm steaming at this abuse, and going to find out how to lodge a complaint to FCC.
Phone companies are paid by the billed party--in this case me--and shouldn't be allowed to collude with fraudulent billers.
