I contacted Streamtel company, and purchased a DSNG9190 Encoder/Modulator. I sent the full amount of money, which is $21, 000 (twenty one thousand US Dollars) late July 2008. I was contacted by the companies reprisentative (Monica) several times to urge me to make the payment quickly, with the promise of a delivery in the middle of September 2008. Monica thanked me for making the full payment on time, and then I stopped hearing from them. I have all the documents for the purchase and the payments, and all the emails that were between me and Steamtel. all my emails are not answered, all my calls are not anwered, and no delivery has been made until now 21/06/2009. This seems very much like a fraud company, and I think that we all should file a complaint to whom ever is responsible for such fraud cases in the EU's legal system. any suggestions on what to do regarding this, and who to complain to would be appreciated, because I live outside the EU.
