I had an appointment on Friday morning between 8:30 and 10:00am nobody showed, nobody called.At 10:30 they returned our call to say that their field rep was too busy to show.Not so much as an apology.They rescheduled to between 8:30 and 10:00 monday morning.You guessed it, I missed another morning of work, still no show.At 10:18 rep called to say he was on his way.They then rescheduled for Thursday.The company's rudeness and disregard of their clients needs, coupled with their inefficiency shows the downside of monopoly.
