Striaght Talk is a worthless company for a cellphone i had my Samsung R355C freeform cell phone for 13 days, in the past week or so i had problems axcessing my files and contacts and bluetooth and calls, the phone would automatically shut off, so in the last few days we called custermer srvice with the problem its amazing how thy ask for the serial number serval times and then when you ask to speak to a supervisor the ask yuo the same damn thing what is fursterting is they wanted me to send the flippin phone in and then wait 2 weeks for a repalcement phone if any on like me they hate samsung phones because every samsung i had it malfuntion . i asked the custermer service about trying to replace the the phone with a lg900c they tolds this famous line " Well this pohne is not avalible in your area." Bullshit we checked the zip code thourghly it is avalible for this are they also fed us when we wanted to replace it " DUE TO THESE CIRCUMSTANCES etc." Would not give us in detail why they could couldn't all they are people behind desk with a damn manual i front of them reading fed lines to say to custermers because im un happy with having to be put on hold every 5 damn min and unhappy with the phone service it slef there manual reding sob and should be shut down
