as a former employee making $30, 000 a year and denied overtime, i thought that was the worst it could get. little did i know this recruiting agency that outright lies to companies they are pitching, their own candidates and lastly their own employees.
they thrived thru the mid to late 90's on places hiring tech people left and right. their approach after the bubble has been on a "hard sell".
you can certainly make an argument they are guilty of fraud. but i'm more confident in the fact that their pay structure is illegal.
i think there's enough former employees out there that are just as shocked at what goes on at these places.
