I received a few phone calls from this company and the number did not come up and when they left there number I could not understand what she had said for all of phone number to call back. The message said that they are going to put a hold on my driver’s license and registration for the state of MO. I was called back and finally understood phone number in second message that was left. Still telling me that they have put a hold on my driver’s license. I called back and left a message asking what this was about and left my address and phone number and told them to send in mail what this was about.
I was called back and left message that they had all ready sent me something in mail before. I asked what address they had and made sure it is my current address. I told her that I never got anything in the mail; I was told that is too bad. I owe about $1500.00 and just needed to pay it. That they have already put a hold on my license and it was from an accident I got into about a year in a half ago. I told them I had never got an amount of what I owed in writing before and to mail me what they are saying I owe and why. She then told me she already sent it to me once and she is not going to send again because I would just say I never got it again. I told her to send certified and she then said no she will not, that I just need to pay them and my license is already on hold till I pay them they will not release it. I told her that I believe this is not legal to tell me I owe money and not give me anything in writing. She said that she would not mail me anything and I just need to pay. I then told her that I was going to record the phone call so I could have something to talk to an attorney about and she then told me that that was not legal. I again told her that if she is telling me I owe money that she will need to send me something in writing stating how much I owe, what it is for and that they put my license on hold, and until I get that info to not call me anymore. She said she does not have to do send me anything. So at that point I hung up the phone.
