A salesperson from this company called asking for the credit manager, I am the business manager and said that I would be the one to speak with he told me he specializes in collecting debt for my type of company. I told me that we have the area covered and would not be interested and hung-up. 2 seconds later he calls back with a snotty voice asking why I hung up on him and said that I did not hang up on he I told him I would not be interested, he then implied that I did not have the authority to make that decision and I explained that as the business manager I do and that I again do not require his services at that point he still insisted on being snotty so I copied down his info and asked to be taken off his list. I am not writing this email and reviewing other posts and other sites has shown me that this company has it share of complaints. I should not be surprised by the aggressiveness or the shadiness...
