I am a college student and they have an account from state farm which they tried to say even if i make payment on the debt owed they would still susupend my license. i spoke with three representative all of which were rude and did not offer any help what soever to get a planned work out. One if the representatives even hang up in my face. The supervisor is the same way and she was taking a personal while on the phine with me. They are so unprofessional.
